We have a no questions asked refund policy. If you are not happy with CartFlows, send us a support ticket and we will promptly refund your purchase price. After we deactivate your license, you will no longer be able it use CartFlows Pro on your website.

Absolutely not! Your flows will continue to work after a year. We have annual fees, so that we can continue to provide updates and outstanding support. Once your license expires, you can still continue using the flows you have already setup. However, you will miss on the updates and support from us.
